SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Products that are on stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the items is out of stock NUIT et LINETTE will not ship the order before each item is back in stock again. In that case the delivery time may be up to 7 weeks within the EU. It will say “backordered” on your invoice. We ship with Post Nord or FedEx.

NUIT et LINETTE will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur.
We apologize for any inconvenience that it might cause.
If anything has been damaged during the shipment please contact us at info@nuitetlinette.com with 5 days of the delivery time.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return products back to NUIT et LINETTE. The customer needs to give NUIT et LINETTE notices of the wanted return of new or unused products within 14 days of notice from the delivery date. The consumer has additional 14 days in order to make the shipment of the return products to the company.
No refunds of any kind will be permitted on custom or bespoke ordered goods, regardless of reason. When choosing your ring size, the product falls under the custom-made category. How ever we will free of charge resize your ring, if the ordered size do not fit.
DEGRADATION OF PRODUCTS
When purchasing products from NUIT et LINETTE the consumer accepts the terms of 100% degradation of used products. The customer will only receive money refund if the returned product is unused and don’t show any signs or wear.
The 14 days’ time frame begins after receipt of this instruction via email, but under no circumstances earlier than the customer has received the goods. In order to comply with the 14 days of notice and 14 days shipping time, the goods must be shipped as new and unused within this time frame.
NUIT et LINETTE will only cower the shipping cost when returning products is a result of our fault.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original packages.
When returning products, the full paid amount payed for the products will be returned when NUIT et LINETTE have received the products.
NUIT et LINETTE will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order. (This is to prevent fraud)
